    First, the power supply
    The power supply is the energy source for the normal operation of the maintenance system and the entire machine. If it fails or the fault is light, the data will be lost and the machine will be shut down. The heavy one will destroy part or even all of the system. Due to the sufficient power and high quality of the power grid in western countries, the power supply design of its electrical system is considered less. This is a slight deficiency for China's power supply network with large fluctuations and higher harmonics, plus some people. The factors that are caused by the power supply are inevitable.
    Second, the CNC system position loop failure
    1. Position loop alarm. It may be that the position measurement loop is open; the measurement component is damaged; the interface signal established by the position control does not exist.
    2. The axis produces motion without instructions. It may be that the drift is too large; the position loop or speed loop is connected to positive feedback; the feedback wiring is open; the measuring component is damaged.
    Third, the machine coordinates can not find zero. It may be that the zero direction is far from the zero point; the encoder is damaged or the wiring is open; the grating zero mark is shifted; the zero return deceleration switch is out of order.
    Fourth, the dynamic characteristics of the machine tool deteriorate, the machining quality of the workpiece decreases, and even the machine tool vibrates at a certain speed. One of the larger ones may be caused by excessive clearance or even wear of the mechanical transmission system or insufficient lubrication or even wear of the guide rail; for electrical control systems, the speed loop, position loop and related parameters may not be optimally matched. State, should be re-optimized after the mechanical failure is basically eliminated.
    5. Occasional shutdown failure. There are two possible scenarios: one is the problem in the related software design as described above, causing the downtime under certain combinations of specific operations and functional operations. In general, the machine will be powered back on after the power is turned off. Disappeared; another situation is caused by environmental conditions, such as strong interference (grid or peripheral equipment), excessive temperature, excessive humidity, and so on.
